Kyan is a mysterious figure, who has made contact with the Espers a few times. He says that he is the last of the elven race, and thus will only be a spectator as the drama plays out. However, he actually helped to train Angelo, when the Esper traveled back in time. The limits of his power are unknown, but he seems to be able to rival the likes of even Ksi and Damien.
